Its Memorial Day Weekend.. What are you going to do?

Well, I can't believe its Memorial Day already, actually I was ready for Memorial Day a few months ago! Even though the winter was relatively mild, I don't like winter and it seemed like forever before Spring arrived. Well, as usual, here it looks like its going to be a little rainy, but that's ok, better then cold and snow. We are going to our " weekend getaway" Fish Lake Beach, its a great place, close to home, but still far enough away to get away from the everyday hub bub. Its a little resort, put up a tent, rent a space for your travel trailer, or just spend the day, it has something for everyone in the family, playground, swimming pool, lake to fish and or swim in, paddle boats, little groups for the kids to get to know each other, playing games, doing crafts, putting on " shows". And on Monday they will host a Memorial Day Service. I hope the weather is ok, Hope you all have a safe, happy Memorial Day weekend! And to all US Military past and present, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND YOUR UNSELFISH SACRAFICES!
