Yes,it is possible if someone follows deep breathing exercise daily with good meathod i.e. do relaxingly,without stress as per the body capacity,increase daily level of exercise by giving much time an concentration.It has marvellous results in reducing body weight.

I have allways been reserved to any drastic weight looses. It`s better if you want to keep diet, to loose small number of killos, but regularly. Here they showed at the T.V.a material about inovative operation , something as stomach baipass/ a mechanism what make the stomach tight and limits the possibilities to digest food/. But they told also that this method can be dangerous for health. So...it`s better not to use shocking methods.

Yeah it is an inspiring story that just shows if we are disciplined about our diet and exercise we can lose excess weight. Though i am against going for crash diets, or excessive weight loss tooo fast as it is unhealthy. But i feel if we have regulated well balanced diet and follow a strict fitness regimen consistently ina well disciplined manner we can shed extra weight and become a fit person.

It is not very much healthy to lose weight so fast.I think it is a gradual process.Anyways it is a story which can have positive effects on people who want to loose weight desperately.

Well..i think if someone has wish to loose the weight,it's possible..nothing is impossible,as long as she or he can maintain the good diet..not just because the ambition to loose weight then she/he don't have attention to keep the body health..she or he force their self..well..follow the guidelines how to loose the weight with the right way...
