i love indian food! especially naan breads,onion bhajis and any bhuna dish as it has just the right amount of spice for me.I cook all the time when i have time,i love making pasta dishes and pizzas from scratch.mexican is easy too,when u consider that burritos and fajitas r just breads with fillings in.There are loads of recipes online that you can use.It really is easy when u know how!i like making things out of bits and pieces, like bubble and squeak where u just throw a load of stuff into a frying pan and hey presto-i use onions,potatoes,prawns,broccoli,that kinda stuff.
