Why more people been polite or not specific in their issues/ideas mostly?

Most of the elders asks the generation to be specific in many issues to solve the problems! But most of the youth generalizes their feelings due to shy or some other problem! I prefer to give them some advise through joke... "A man got 2 wishes from GOD. He asked for the Best wine and Best Woman. Next moment, he had the Best Wine and Mother Teresa next to him." So here after please be specific in your follow-up & Ideas.
