Looking for a 49ers "Joe's Back!" T-Shirt

My hubby is a huge Joe Montana fan. He once told me about a t-shirt he saw... apparently Joe was sidelined with some sort of back problem, then had surgery, then came back to play again. A t-shirt commemorating this had on the back an image of a virtacle scar (i.e., back surgery) and the words "Joe's Back!" This was many years ago, of course. My hubby has always regretted not finding & buying one of those shirts. I'd LOVE to get him one as a surprise, but have searched high and low (including on EBay several times) with no luck. Anyone have any ideas on where I might find one? Thank you!
