The growth of science and technology leads to many disasters it may be due to nature or either it may be of huaman made disaster using the updated today's technology. where there is a new birth of technology there should be a right safeguard for it. because to prevent it from the wrong usage.

If someone has created a new technology, why should it be limited? The technology that one person claims could ruin the world also may hold the kay to curing many diseases or helping grow crops in places where people are starving.
