teamwork... feelings... skills... first important thing is teamwork, with feelings all of your team mate knows what to do without commands... last thing is skill, skill is not the most important, but the last thing... sample in your team there is 1 pro player, and enemey has 4 medium player.. 1 pro player could loose with great teamwork of 4 medium player

You have to find lineups that your team is comfortable using and adjust to your skill level. Don't go for a really heavy gank strategy if you are bad at the game.
