have you ever noticed that whenever theres a clock, wrist watch, wall clock, table clock, etc. more often their hands pointed at 10:10. why is it arranged that way? is there any special meaning on those numbers?

hey there. you know, i have been wondering about that myself for a long time already and still, i find no sure answer.
the only sensible answer that i got was from a good friend of mine and he said that its like that way because it is said to be the "perfect" time wherein the clock hands' position never go that way even when it is reversed. i didnt quite get it actually. and oh, just for the record, my friend said that its not really 10:10 but 10:09, if we just look at it closely. :) lolz. :)
