skinny jeans? just for thin and long legged girls?

Hey that's not fair... Everyone has a right to wear skinny jeans, even fat girls. Girls can be really mean sometimes, like that movie "mean girls", well did you say anything to them... I mean did you say, "girls, that is so mean", I mean we can always better our friends. I am very quick to point out when my friends say something really shallow or mean...Then they usually get an embarrassed look on their face, and pretty much learn from their errors. Anyway, fat girls can look good too, it's a myth that only skinny girls look good in skinny jeans, yeah, sure they're called skinny jeans but so what.... I've seen some fat girls with more style than some skinny girls, myself. But of course that being said, everyone should dress according to their body type, I guess the best way to wear skinny jeans on a heavy body would be to wear it with one of those long tops with a belt cinched at the waist to give a curve. You just gotta know what looks good on ya. It has to be trendy but it also has to be your thing..

haha...so sad...skinny jeans and lowrise jeans really bring out the best and worst in your shape...i did see some girls with infamous "muffin tops" wearing skinny jeans that is not their size...but it's the trend, and people should wear what they like wearing, and it's fine...as long as it doesn't offend people around you. lowrise jeans, often times can expose things that you don't want to see, too... xquisite http://www.xquisite.us

Well, they shouldn't have been mean about it, and you're right, we can all wear what we want. Whether what we pick to wear will look good on us is a different matter. I don't think that skinny jeans flatter all body types, they do make your legs look slimmer and longer, but I guess if you're a bit on the heavy side, they may emphasize the wrong things. Bootcut pants are always better if you're full figured. Then again, kudos to that girl for wearing skinny jeans proudly without caring what anyone else thinks, I think that confidence to wear what you want is much better than not trying something because you're scared of what other people might think.

Well, everyone does have a right to wear them of course, but it's always best to wear clothing that is flattering for your body. It was quite mean for your friends to say that, but I would guess that choice of pants probably wouldn't look very good on a heavier person. Of course people don't have to go and point that out... Nobody can really decide what kind of clothes that girl wears except her, but hopefully next time she'll pick an outfit that flatters her figure and shows off her good points. That way she will look nice and nobody will have any reason to point out something bad about her.

I'm thin and I own about 5 pairs or skinny jeans. I love them because they fit me so well, it's difficult to find jeans that fit me properly because I am so thin. But people who are bigger than others have the right to wear skinny jeans, heck they have the right to wear whatever jeans they want to! It's just that it may not be the right look for them because it puts their body out of proportion.

hey no skinny jeans are pretty much for most body types. every one should just wear a top that compliments them. and it doesnt mean that thin or long legged girls dont have perfect proportioned hips!! u noe what i mean they can look like an elephant too!! take care

well, you can wear it if you are fat but I think it looks better in thin girls, but I think it would depend on what you call fat.
