debate on religious belief - never ending?

i dont know, as much as im not a follower of "god" (god- meaning, an entity u can not/will not see) as its all hearsay, how can u belive wot someone said thousands of years ago when we have trouble belivin what people say 10 minutes ago????? I do however belive in the Big Bang theory, it makes sense, has an explanation on how the world was formed, rather than "god" created it coz he could!! but, wot the Big Bang theory caant explain is life itself, and the bible cant explain, how cave men where on earth b4 the initial Adam and Eve? and there was dinosours b4 the cave man, so they both have things in it they cant explain, which is why its so hard for people to grasp!
