Who is The Most Success Idol?

well i must say that from those 3 i only know kelly clrson who is by the way quite popular here in finland where i live as well. i started watching Amecian idos on its last season when taylor hicks won, so if they have won before i really do not know them. by the way, what do you think about carrie underwood?

I say out of these 3 Kelly Clarkson. I haven't really heard much that the other 2 have sung.

Kelly has done the best as far as branching away from Idol. Her career should continue for many years to come. Clay has a large and loyal group of fans (myself included) that will buy anything he puts out and see him in concert. I saw a concert with him one summer where he sang songs throughout the past few decades and he was fantastic. He can sing ANYTHING! Carrie is catching up to Kelly very quickly and that is great for her and Idol. I love her voice...it is so pure. Chris Daughtry has been one of the fastest success stories...he has been in the top 20 of the billboard charts since his cd came out last November!

Out of those 3 choices? Kelly Clarkson. But of all of the Idols I'd say Carrie Underwood. Look at all of the awards she has won this year. She is going to have a successful career like Kelly is having, but (I think) more awards.

Definitely Kelly, she's the most succesful idol ever. With her strong voice and wonderful song, she's managed to sell millions of her album. Another idol who's quite success is carrie underwood..But still kelly is the best

Kelly Clarkson..followed by Carrie Underwood...However, Chris Daughtrey is gaining ground very very fast in record sales...so only time will tell...out of those three though I prefer Clarkson

I have to agree that it's Kelly Clarkson because of the millions of albums sold. She is on her third one. Clay was good for a little while, Reuben has...well...he hasn't had too much going on. Carrie Underwood is getting up there pretty close to Kelly Clarkson. We'll see when she has another album come out to see how well it does. Debut albums tend to do well, but the true test is to see how sophomore albums do and so on.

Going by the number of albums sold, I must say Kelly Clarkson is now in the lead but Carrie Underwood is catching up fast. Do remember what Simon Cowles said about Carrie when she was in the top 20 or 16 - He predicted that Carrie would go on to win the title and would surpass any other American idols in the sale of albums! Depends on what you mean by "Idol." Are you talking just the winners or any contestant? If you're talking in terms of winner it's gotta be either Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood. If you're taking in terms of any contestant that would be Clay Aiken or Chris Daughtry.
