How to slow down ageing and wrinkles / myLot

We know we'd all age over time but what advice you have to slow down this process especially the formation of wrinkles? http://healthysite.blogspot.com

You can't slow down ageing but you can always get surgery or botox injections to remove / reduce wrinkles. Onlyl question is, why would you want to do that? Wrinkles is a natural and beautiful part of getting older :-)
