Astringent + Antibiotic = Pimple-free face!

I took my friend's advice and it worked for me! I bought a bottle of astringent then bought a capsule of amoxicillin. Opened the capsule and mixed the powder with the astringent. I apply it every night.
Is this bad for my facial skin? My face looks great now without the little pimples that I used to have.

i think it is better used if the pimples are pustules like (thats pimple with pus). antibiotics even if applied externally should not be used for a long period of time. why not try having a regular facial scrub on facial spas? some spa offers treatment that are really low on the budget.
i tried using an astringent plus dalacin-t same procedure you did on amoxicillin. but the facial treatment i got on spas was better. try it sometime. its safer.

Really? I have the same problem too,I have pimple scars and I want to get rid of it. What particular astringent did you use?

I don't think it would have an effect on scars but preventing pimples it really does work. I just used the cheapest astringent, eskinol. Any would do. :p
