Babies sleep 12 to 18 hours a day. Albert Einstein the famous Scientist never went to bed when he was working. He had a cot in his laboratory where he rested for a few minutes between ideas. Everyone has different sleep needs! So are you an Einstein or a Baby?
How many hours sleep do you require each night?

As we all know, every adult needs atleast 8 hours of sleep every day. But Im not sure how many of us do have such a kind of sleep everyday. Even if we could sleep that long, I dont think many of us have a very peaceful, undisturbed sleep. It s more important to have a undisturbed sleep , than having a long hours of sleep.
Because I have seen that I'm very fresh when I sleep without any disturbance for even just 3 hours. But even when I sleep for more than 10 hours with disturbances, I dont even felt like I had a sleep.

I heard that about Albert Einstein. Kramor talked about it on that show Seinfield , if you've ever seen it. I sleep about five to eight hours a night. I think I sleep a decent amount , but it's just not the right time of day. I'm not really a morning person so I tend to go to bed around 3-4ish and won't wake up til well after noon.
