How long til I can add links?

So I heard I have to wait til a certain rating before I can put links and copy things into my dicussions or responses. So does anyone know when? It gets annoying when I'm, reading discussions where they are asking where they can find something and I can tell them lol.
please help!

Yup, you must have 500 posts before you can copy/paste and post pictures on discussions or responses. I can't wait to reach 500 posts because you earn more from posting pictures to discussions.

I was also worried as well but now i have to make up to 500 posts before i can sample links and even post pictures. Anyway, thanks for bringing a discussion like this.
