suicide : an act of bravery or cowardness ?

Nowadays the number of people commiting suicide has increased by lot . More and more people are commiting suicides in an attempt to free themselves from all there sufferings .You can almost find daily such kind of news the newspaper But yesterday when i read this I was just totally shocked .The incident as reported in newspaper is like this :- A farmer was having very large amount of debt and he was just not able to pay all this amount .Even after putting his house and land on rent he had no chance .He was actually being exploited by his employer and charging him high interest rate . So what he did was he along with his family they all sat for dinner together .Other family members even did not knew that it was going to be their last dinner .The father mixed poison in all the food items and all the family members which included 3 small children and his wife died on the spot and then he himself ate that food and commited suicide. He obviously did nt want his family to suffer after his death . Some people who end their lived or attempt suicide might be trying to escae feelings of rejection , hurt ,or loss.Others might be angry ,ashamed ,or guilty about something .Some people may be worried about disappointing friends or family members .And some may unwanted .unloved ,victimized ,or like they are burden to others . we all feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions or situautios sometimes .But most people get through it or put their problems in perspective and find a way to carry on with determination and hope .SO why does a)one person try suicide when another person in the same tough condition does not ? b) what makes some people more resilent better able to deal with lifes setbacks than others c) what makes a person unable to see a another way out of bad situation besides ending his /her life what i can say is "suicide is not chosen ,it happens whe pain exceeds resources for coping with pain" MY VIEWPOINT : People often turn to suicide because they are seeking relief from some pain .Remember that relief is a feeling And u have to be alive to feel it.You will not feel the relief you so desperately seek ,if u dead . WHat other mylot member commnet on this ? What is your opinion about this .IS it really easy to take your own life ? So are we justified to call them coward ?
