I do and I have to say that I do enjoy it, simply bcos I love to get a bargain, but the downfall is I often don't win auctions or get outbid. The other downfall is paying for shipping and getting used goods, however if they do the job and are a fraction of the cost of the new thing, why bother right? U can always clean used goods.
What do u think the pros and cons of ebay are?

I love ebay. I buys lots of yankee candles that are retired off ebay. Sometimes I buy candles that aren't retired cause I can get them for less than what I pay using my sister's discount. I tend to buy new items on ebay. I mean, technically they are used since I am not buying from a store, but they are unopened or still have the tags on them. I don't mind buying used goods either if it is something from my childhood or something that is really old. I bought myself an entire collection of Fisher Price LapSitter Dolls from the 1970s on ebay. Two of them were still in their original boxes.
I don't mind paying for the shipping. I tend to buy multiple items from the same person and so I get combined shipping. I also tend to wait until the last few hours to make my bids. It is harder to get outbid if you wait until the last hour or so to make your bids. I will watch an item for a while and if it gets beyond what I am willing to pay, I don't bid on it.

I am very happy with ebay. I have bought some very good things for my household that were cheap. These items I could pick up in person, it was not far away. This way I did not have to pay for the shipping and these things were brandnew or almost new. A couple of the things I bought after christmas, obviously these items were gifts that the seller did not want but it was just what I needed.
