Have you ever said anything to someone and just think, "Wow, I can't believe I just said!" What's your story. What was the situation? Who did you say it to? Do you do that a lot or was it just a one time thing? What do you do afterward?

well, i am so guilty there. i start by thinking i want to try and help, and end up wanting to put my foot in my mouth. it hasnt really happened that much but in my opinion its way to many already. i had a gossip situation where i knew too much and i was bombarded for the truth. i ended up spilling the beans and all hell broke loose. i am so careful nowadays.
