I usually get up at 7:10 am, and get sleep around 11:30. It seems that I already have enough time sleeping, but I hate to get up every morning. I need alarm to wake me up, sometimes I turn off the alarm and go on sleeping, then I have to take a taix to office, or I will be late.

Nowadays, I normally wake up automatically at about half past seven and have a short nap after lunch (I am a stay at home mum)when my 2 year old son sleeps. I stay up til after midnight, either finishing some ironing or catch up with my reading before retiring to bed.

Unless there is work, I will sleep for at least

At the same time i can sustain without sleep and food for a full day+night.

I am on Bi-Polar medicine so I have to go to bed early at night as soon as it kicks in because it knocks me out. I have to take it around 10pm which is right now. I just took it so in about an hour I will be fast asleep. I try to get up around 9am but because of the meds I tend to not get up when I want. Sometimes I sleep until 10am. I used to stay up until 12 or 1 am and get up between 9 and 10 am but because of my medicine I have a set time. :)

My sleeping isn't very regulated. Regularly on school nights, I get between 4 to 7 hours of sleep; though I once overslept at 12 hours. On weekends, I sleep between 10 and 12 hours. 6 hours is enough sleep for me to be alert in the morning; still, I have my morning tea & occassional energy drink.
