I live in New Mexico USA and a few years ago they passed into law the right to carry law which inables people to apply for and recieve a permit to carry a concealed firearm. I have been torn on this issue because it seams like a back door way to get you to register your firearms.I would appreciate any responces to this I am rarely indecisive but I am now.
