who has received money through paypal?

my earnings is going to be $10,but I have not my paypal.just now I wanted to sign up one,but I could not,because I have not a visa card,is it essencial to have a visa card?and I just saw that if I want to transfer dollars into my bank China RMB,it need $35,how can I do? can I transfer my money till $35,but then I receive nothing?
can you help me?I need your help!

I use paypal has about 2 years. Yes it is necessary to have a creditcard to be a registred member. Paypal is a kind of virtual bank and you can use the money credited on paypal in a lots of bookstories, ebay.com and others.

I linked my bank account and the money is transferred to that account or taken from that account. During signup, they will test the authenticity of your bank account. Paypal will send two transactions to debit to your account. Paypal will ask you the amount they sent to you and if you gave the correct answer, it proves that it is indeed your bank account.
For paypal payouts, I have not read that there is a minimum amount before the money can be withdrawn. Maybe it depends on the banking institution.

thank you,the card what I mean is just you said that "your bank account",but I do not have,and unfortunately,it is needed when signing up.

I've answered this question before, but here goes again. You DO NOT have to have a bank account or cr4dit card to get a Paypal account. You DO NOT have to have a verified PayPal account to send or receive money. Verification of a PayuPal account is onnly necessaryif you want to use it as a business account.
If you don't have a bank account, you can always get the PayPal debit card. You can apply right from their site in your account profile. If you wish, you can shop wuith yor money in PayPal at any of the hyundreds of online merchants that accept PayPal.
Any country specific regulations will only be available on PayPal's website. No one else can answer these questions as accurately as PayPal.

Unless you are using paypal for big business, I suggest using the money to buy things online. You don't need a visa to receive money or purchase items. Awhile back, I received $10 from doing online surveys and they transfered the money to my paypal account. I then purchased something on-line that was worth that amount. Easy, no hassels. No visa needed.

i have a paypal account, but i haven't given them my credit card number, credit card is used for verification of your paypal account, i haven't verified my paypal account now, i can recieve payments from paypal but can't pay anyone via paypal until i verify it.
