Do you get plagued by what you think others think of you?

Do you too much bother and deeply contemplate on what others think of you? I don't normally get plagued by what I think others think of me. I do get least influenced by other's comment /criticism on my way of working and living. Many people too much bother ,sharply react and deeply contemplate on what others think of them. What are your viewpoints?

I try not to care about what others think about me, of course, but I don't always have very much luck. For some reason, I really do care how other people perceive me. It takes a conscious effort to focus more on how I feel about myself. But I'm trying!

when i was still in my twenties, i still get affected by these silly talks of my officemates about me. by the time i reached 35, i have noticed that i do not get affected anymore at all. perhaps our emotional maturity is not that easy to reach. it really takes so much time for it to be fully ripened. always remember that it is only natural to hear people odd things about us. this is because there is no way at all that we can please everyone.

i cannot be easily affected anymore by what others think of me or, say about me. i have been through a lot in my life already. besides all my teachers from high school till college have said all good things to me about my performance in school. i was not an ordinary student, i had always been an outstanding one. everyone who really knows me had been counting upon me for help on a lot of things. i had been a desirable worker. in all the jobs that i've had, i had performed excellently. no, there is no way that i can be broken by sill talks.
