wow I make that every Strawberry season but instead of vanilla icing I do it with vanilla pudding, you just make the pudding with 1 less cup of milk.

I also like chocolate cakes with any kind of icing. It's very expensive to buy cakes now and cakes are usually present during birthday parties especially for children.

My absolute favorite would have to be the galactically enticing, uberdelicious blueberry cheesecake.
Its rich creamy icing, tasty blueberry topping, and mouthwatering crunchy crust are simply irresistible.

My favourite is the Tofu cheese cake, it's just a little healthier version of cheese cake and I can't stop eating it once I start *laughs*. Here is the recipe too:
TOFU CHEESE CAKE WITH RED BEANS (around 2 lbs)
Ingredients
For the crust
120g digestive biscuit
70g unsalted butter
For cheese cake
375g cream cheese
230ml whipping cream
70ml soybean milk
70g red beans
40g sugar
2 egg yolks
100ml warm water
10g gelatine powder
Steps
1. Crush digestive biscuit into fine grain. Melt butter and mix well with the digestive biscuit grain. Press the mixture firmly to the bottom of a 7 inches cake tin to form the crust. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
2. Mix sugar and egg yolk well. Then add in cream cheese, mix until smooth. Dissolve gelatine powder in warm water; beat whipping cream until foamy.
3. Slowly add soybean milk into the cream cheese mixture, keep stirring to mix well. Then add dissolve gelatine, mix well. Add beaten cream and red beans, mix until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of the crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
