Do you believe that there exists falling in love at first sight in real life?

Nope, not for me... That almost sounds like a fairy tale happening... I used to believe in love at first sight, but as i get older... I realised... Its not the case... If love at first sight exists, its only the mutual attraction coz of looks, u nv noe if the other partner is suitable for u anot... So its beeter to find out more about each other before i take actions...

Hi there, yes i do belive in love at first sight and the reason why i say this is cause i fell in love with my husband when i first saw him and will we be happy toghter forever i hope so, we have been toghter for 8 years now and still going strong so yes i belive in love at first sight.

I guess it does exist, only if you take that piece of initial crush/infatuation to be your love. Mostly it's the looks or a subtle strain of personality that hooks us to a person at first sight. Whether this goes on to form a strong bondage is questionable. As staying together requires more than just crush or infatuation. But i guess, one can still call it love-at-1st-sight.

I dissagree... there i no LOVE AT THE FIRST SIGHT! Couse I think that Love is the top seat of feeling chart in human raise. attractive might be the right word to determine "Love at the first sight", couse I believe, Love is grow when we know each other better. First sight? Impossible!

I do not belive in love at first sight - attraction YES - but not love. I do think that love is a strong word and that love is something you do when you know a persos good and bad sides, this you do not the first time you see someone. I do not take the word love lightly =)

Hello,mexshyl,I believe some of the people will really fall in love at the first sight with others,but i will not happen to me.Although first impression is very important,it is hard for me to love someone,it will take a lot of time for me to observe whether the guy is nice and has good personality or not, I will not go into relationship just because I have good impression on the guys at first sight. May ne I am not a romantic person and cannot be like those in the TV episodes:P

I believe so that there is love at first sights. I have no idea on how to explain this but I know there is. Some will end with a marriage and some will end with no ending.

I remember this quote as I read your post: "Who loves that did not love at first sight?" It means that many kinds of love arise because we loved that person the minute we saw them. Of course this can sound idealistic: some of us abhor certain people, but learn how to love them as we know them better. But isn't that what love is, too? Making a compromise? So maybe we never really hate people at first sight: we're just doubtful, but a seed of love exists in us that prompts us to make a compromise and think better of them. On the other hand, it could also be lust. I believe real love exists when people learn how to live with each other. Love is what is left over when all the youthful passion and fondness is gone.

I think what you have here is... "false love". Hehehehe... I am not saying that it is wrong, or anything. What my point is... is that people who do fall in love when they first laid eyes on a certain person are superficial. Because they wopuld of course, love the aesthetics first before really getting to know the person. This is rather common, and it usually doesnt last... well, except if overtime you begin to see past the exterior and learn to also love the interior... what is within the person, what is essential for one love to last. :) I think true love is something that is nurtured... something that grows stronger in time. It isnt something that would be decided at first glance... there are a lot of complex emotions that humans experience... and most of the time, the deep intense feelings we get could be easily mistaken for love but is actually not. :) So I guess the main bullet point of this rant.. lols is, I dont believe in love at first sight... :P lust at first sight, possibly. hehe Blessed be.

i believe that someone may feel that different feeling at first sight but i dont believe its love because there would be many reasons in feeling that way 1) maybe the physical appearance of the person involved is very attractive 2) maybe they find same things in them 3) or maybe just because they are fond of knowing others these are just my opinion
