Sometimes, when you are in misery town for so long, you might as well get used to it and never move. because you know once you start flying to cloud 9 you are going to end up crashing down to misery town.

That's really loser talk, of course you'll be unhappy if you think like that. If you are unhappy to something about it. No one is holding you back. Don't like your work? Quit! Don't like your town? Move! Don't like you husband? Leave! It's really that simple, it's only you who can change your life.

Exactly what I was going to say when I first read what the poster said. But I would also advise to look before you leap :) Do something about it but don't make it worse!
