I love cheesecakes! If you are from Philippines or if you will visit Phils., I recommend that you try Italiannis' cheescake and the one from Holiday Inn in clark.. Really really good!

Let see if this one would interest you:
ROCKY ROAD CHEESE CAKE (around 2 lbs.)
Ingredients
200g cream cheese
200ml whipping cream
100g dark chocolate (55% cacao) or milk chocolate
80g sugar
30g unsalted butter
30g marshmallow
30g roasted almond
4 digestive biscuits
1 egg
4 teaspoons gelatine powder
70ml warm water
Steps
1. Crush digestive biscuits into fine grains. Melt butter and add into crushed digestive biscuit, mix well. Press firmly to the bottom of a cake tin (with diameter around 6 inches) to form the crust. Place in refrigerator until firm.
2. Mix cream cheese with sugar, beat until smooth. Add in egg, and mix well.
3. Melt chocolate with a double boiler and add into the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
4. Dissolve gelatine powder in warm water and add into the cream cheese mixture. Mix very well. Grind roasted almond with a food processor, add into the mixture and mix well. Beat whipping cream until foamy, and add into the cream cheese-chocolate mixture. Mix well until smooth.
5. Pour half of the mixture on top of the hardened crust. Set in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
6. Place half of the marshmallow on top of the chilled cheese cake, then pour the remainding cream cheese mixture on top. Add the remainding marshmallow on top of the mixture, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serve.

Ohh I love cheese cake but I have no idea how to make it. It's not a very common thing here in my country so I almost never have it.
