what makes you happy?

This discussion popped in my mind while I was watching the TV this afternoon. The main character said, what will make you happy.. I, now, as his mediator ha ha! will share this to you, this discussion of mine. XP
I have noticed these things: (just a while ago ;P) Yeah I know some of this things are very simple and DOES NOT apply to all but in every story, in every angle, I know that there will still be some who experience this. :)
What makes these people happy?
CHEF/COOK: satisfaction in the customer's facial expression while tasting the food they cooked.
WRITER: to know that people know him and always read his articles and stories
FASHION DESIGNER: to walk in the mall seeing your fashion creations
PHOTOGRAPHER: when people who had seen his work of art expresses their delight to the moments he had captured
CHILD: when he/she had a new toy
POOR: when they have money enough for the whole day
TEACHER: when his/her students learned something new at the end of the day.
MYLOTTER: when he/she had some nice friends who contribute their knowledge to the discussions and earning a dollar or so per day ha ha ha!
there's many things for us to be happy but what's yours? I know you have some things that make you happy! ha ha ha!

hello there! well what makes me happy is when somebody remembers me :). like when my husband remembers to kiss me before he leaves the house and says i love you. that makes me happy and i guess any woman would be happy that way too.

Hello.mskzalameda,honestly i can be happy very easily,I will be satisfied for simple things in my daily life.When I am cooking and eating my favourite food at home-curry chicken rice,I will be very happy,when i do not need to wake up at the early mornning at the weekend,i will be happy,i can sleep as long as i want.
I am just an easy going girl who will be happy easily.:P

a lot of things make me happy.. i mean, am a person who is easy to please.. i get happy when everything work out smoothly, when i get a new pants, when i gain a new friend, when my boyfriend text me invite me out on a date.. i mean those things are not mch, and they are the usual stuffs that heppen everyday, but i appreciate them and are thankful for them.. and though how lame and normal they are because i appreciate them a lot, that makes it wonderful about it.. being happy is always associated with contentment and satisfaction..one can never be happy when he or she is not fulfilled and satisfied with what this life has brought and offered..:)

It doesn't take much for me to be happy. I am happy right now, with my family at home, relaxing and enjoying a quiet day at home. We are all together and taht makes me quite happy!

there isnt anything that make me happier then to hear 4 little words come out of my childrens mouths I Love You Mom i couldnt be happier my entire life then i am at that moment. There are other little things that make me happy any acomplishment big or small, getting my laundry caught up and folded really makes me happy and if the house is clean and not caoutic.

For me, I feel really very very happy , when I make someone else happy. I dont know whether really this is good for me, as it had turned out to be bad for me many times. People take this character for their advantage most of the times :( But I always tend to help other and I feel really happy when I see them smile with happiness. I have done this to people whom I have never met before too. But its my way. Let me be happy..

I think what makes me happiest these days is knowing that God loves me and is with me always and those "I love you Grandma"s from the grandchildren.

I am happy when I see people around me happy, especially my close friends. It might not be too easy for me to be happy as all my friends around me are not really happy, or they do not pretend to be happy just to be happy.
If any of my friends are unhappy, I would be unhappy somehow. It doesn't matter if all the rest are happy. Perhaps I am just too negative at all times to ignore the unhappy and pretend to be happy.

People in different field will be happy whenever they find they have been accepted by their work done by others.one who does his work with dedication and sincerety will find good results or postive results which will make him satisfaction and happiness which is going ot affect his overall happiness in life.ya its true a doller a day in mylot is going to be the one which is going to give me happiness now a days.we all play different roles in our life some are father ,some mother,some cooks,some photographer etc etc,if one will forget about the results of his work or forget the intention of making money only in his work will make him love his work
and those who love their work will do it properly.

For me, there are a lot of factors that make me happy in my life...
These are the ff:
AS A STUDENT: obtaining higher grades in school, accomplishing tasks and responsibilities better
WITH MY FRIENDS: I don't actually wanted to have many friends. I have few friends yet they are all true. We share common interests and we can get along with each other. They made me happy when we play, discuss things and share experiences.
WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND ME: Dealing with experienced people and learning with them.
WITH MY FAMILY: Seeing my family happy even though there are problems at times. I am just happy living a very simple life.
WITH REGARDS TO MY DREAMS IN LIFE: I almost there...How I wish I can achieve it...I know God will shower His blessings to me and my family...
There maybe a factor thay I miss to post,ahhmm, it's just that things at the top make my life happy and make me strong...despite all odds.

In my own point of view, different people may have different factors of being happy. I guess, it would depend on their personalities, their attitudes towards something relevant or disgusting in their lives. It would depend also on their status of the society...Experiences from the past, the family background, influences from the environment, and many other aspects that affect a person's perception about life...and happiness!
Some said, the key to attain greatest happiness is contentment...would you agree?

when im asking God everymorning if he has a better plan for me for the day and i whisper some clue and when i see that clue it means he answer me, it makes me happy.
Ex. i just want a decision regarding moving on career, and i had an interview at that afternoon, i asked God if this job will give me a career. I ask him to give me a sign on the people on the street. When i already ride a jeep, i look outside and i see a man wearing a body bag that say " No, atleast you try". it made me smile and it made me happy. i still continue to go to that interview but i didn't make it. but atleast i tried.

when i saw this discussion,the first thing came to my mind is about the ultimate happiness.it depends very much personally about ones own happiness.i am happy when am with my very very dear ones in a very tranquil atmosphere,pondering about our own private interests....
