How do you manage web bookmark?

In the net we surf a lot of site and make a bookmark link of bookmark menu. How do you make job easier for book marking?

I don't want to make everything complex.i want to manage them by favorites menu,of course,other browser have good manager,take it for a try it's a good choice.
