Hi, I am a lady firefighter. Right now I am assigned as Public Information Officer so obviously I do not do actual firefighting anymore. My job entails writing articles for our quarterly publication, and editing the entire publication itself. I also write speeches for my superiors and occassionally, research works. I work from 8 in the morning up to 5 in the afternoon. We do have a lot of privileges like sick leave, vacation leave and a lot more. I love my job - it's my bread and butter. I have been in it for the last 8 years and I intend to stay on for the next 20 years. Cheers!!
