A Mistake u wish u had never made

Oh yes I have had a few of these, my most recent beinga guy I broke up from who did so accusing me of seeing someone which was not true. I asked my freind to text him as I could not speak to him at that moment in time. I asked her to just let him know taht I had been faithful throughout and thought that speakig to someone impartial would help. She text him lots of nasty messages tellig im off for how he acted towards me which was not what I asked her to do. I know she did it as a freind to look out for me but I think it made matters worse, I am happy to say now that me and my ex are now on speaking terms as freinds but that moment of madness will make me crige for a while to come yet.
