What is your favorite novel?

Hey book lovers out there! What is your favorite novel? My fave novel is "The Good Earth" by Pearl Buck. It is about the moving story of the joys and tragedies of the Chinese peasant farmer Wang Lung and his family. I particularly like O-lan, his wife, for she is has a very strong character and a good wife to Wang Lung. I love how the author described Chinese customs and traditions, and how they live during the early twentieth century.
