also does the water have flouride in your town or city? Water that doesn't have it can also cause tooth decay.

No matter how often you brush the teeth if you don’t brush them correctly you still don’t have healthy teeth. Dentists always advise us to use a soft tooth brush to brush every part of our teeth so as to clean away every reminder of food from our teeth and avoid using toothpick that might hurt our teeth.

To keep you teeth well you must do this one;
1. Clean and brush your teeth regularly every after meals is needed
2. Used toothbrush that could not harm your gingiva and don't overdue brushing it would cause you toothbrush abrasion as well.Clean you tongue as well as your palate. If possible your whole mouth.
3.Don't smoke, smoking would cause gingivitis as well as stains in your teeth and plaque accumulations is indeed stronger.
4. If you could not brush your teeth used gums so that the flow of saliva would be ok and it would not result to dry mouth which may cause halitosis
5. Use floss or mouthwash as well and drink lots of water.

You already bursh your teeth well.First of all it's not always your fault when you have a hole in your theeth even dentists have it and they say it depends on how strong your teeth are.
Some of them are between your teeth and that is hard to reach.Use every day Dental sticks or floss your teeth everyday and it will prefend getting those holes in your teeth.
Flossing is better because it doesn't damage your teeth dental sticks can damage your teeth if you use it too much.

It's a cavity, right? Go to the dentist and they'll fill it up for you.
For teeth health, of course you're doing the right thing by brushing twice a day. You can also extend that to brushing after every meal, as well as in the morning and at night. As someone else suggested, you could also floss your teeth. I highly recommend using mouth wash too.
Food wise, avoid eating too many lemons or drinking too much lemon juice; it can be damaging to the enamel of your teeth. Otherwise, make sure you get enough calcium (i.e. through milk or calcium supplements).

Brushing twice a day doesn't guarantee that you will have a great set of teeth. Sometimes the hard to reach parts are the ones that gets affected by cavities because we don't really see them. It helps that you floss after brushing, eat healthy foods rich in Vitamin C and D. Take supplements and visit your dentist 3x a year. That should keep your teeth in tip top shape! :)

In addition to the measures you are already taking, it would be a good idea to floss and to see a dentist every six months. Mouthwash also does wonders. If you use mouthwash after each time you brush, it goes that much further. Swish and slosh it around for 30 seconds. It puts a strong, minty taste in your mouth that takes awhile to go away. Your mouth can take it, but the plaque cannot! They will die.

U might have noticed children who eat chocolates or icecreams or lot sugar loses its teeth very well.our body knows how to keep ourself heahty and disease free it is not a machine.it stores lot suplus minersalts in our teeth ,bone etc etc and our body is more alkaly nature ,ie,Ph level of 80%of our blood is alkaly and 20% is acid.and we have to take more foods which digests in alkaly medium not in acid medium .More acid in our body means lot of heat and acidity is a common problem for men who eat lot of acidfood.foods like brown rice or flavour, wheat ,green veg ,raw veg ,fruits ,sproutd beans and sprouted grams all are alkaly food or food digest in alkaly medium but since modern mans attitude towards food is more taste oriented rather than health oriented we take lot of meat ,fish, proteins, egg, tea, coffee, white sugar, salt, vanaspathi oils, pizza etc etc (you may check which food digest in alkaly medium and in acid medium by your self)
And the whole body becomes acidic and since acid mean heat it will destroy our body internal organs so in ordrer to prevent from damage to the organs the body itself has got stored mechanisam of alkaly metals in bone and in teeth in brain .and it will take stored alkaly minerals to neutrilise these acids.and if the alkaly minerals are taken from bone it is going to affect the production of blood since blood is produced in bone it cannot take from brain also.so it will take these mineral satlts from the tooth which is going to lesser the damage, that is why children who eat more chocolates and sugar or junk foods ten d to lose their teeth easily ,and we blame it on the germs.same goes to the adult s also if one take more food which I needed or I mentioned earlier there teeth is going to last long .I cant understand how if one takes lot of sugar and icecreams and chocolates are going to protect their teeth how many times even if brush in a day or what ever tooth paste they take just brush with hands thouroughly that is enough tooth paste is a deadly chemical.commercial adds make them and appear infornt of us as beautiful things.i haven’t any animal other than human losing their teeth.
or use some natural tooth powders.

I think key to healthy teeth is brushing your teeth 2 times daily . I have observed to many people and it worked for every one . I think you need to do some filling in your teeth and after that just continue to brush your teeth 2 times and they will be healthy ...

You need to get enough calcium and you need to see a dentist, once there is a hole in you tooth it needs to be filled or it will just get worse and worse, also some people just have bad genetics for teeth, but if you see a dentist regularly then you should be find either way.

Well am very conscious about my teeth. I brush the right way for about 3 whole minutes twice a day. And after eating something sticky I run the brush once to make sure there aint anything sticking inbetween my teeth. I change my brush every 3 months as suggested by my dentist.
But then I couldnt really help staying away from sweets and chocolates so I got a lot of cavities! lol But then I was immeiately taken to the dentist and got my teeth filled! :)

I'd like to share this article my friend.
I hope this could help you.
Strong, healthy teeth help you look best. If you don't take care of your teeth, it won't be long before cavities and unhealthy gums make your mouth very, very sore. Eating meals will be diffcult. You won't feel like smiling much either. Take care of your teeth before all of them fall out.
Steps
Be sure your toothbrush has soft bristles (the package will tell you if they're soft). Remember that you'll need a new toothbrush every 3 months. Some toothbrushes come with bristles that change color when it's time to change them. Don't worry about whiz-bang gadgety toothbrushes -- cheap works just fine, as long as the bristles are soft.
Buy toothpaste that contains fluoride, which makes your teeth strong and protects them from cavities.
When you brush, you don't need a lot of toothpaste; just squeeze out a bit the size of a pea.
Brush at least twice a day - after breakfast and before you go to bed. If you can, brush after lunch. Brushing properly breaks down plaque.
Brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Spend some time on the teeth along the sides and in the back. Brush away from your gum.
Learn how to floss your teeth, which is a very important way to keep them healthy.
Be careful about what you eat and drink. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink water instead of soda.
Visit the dentist twice a year. Besides checking for signs of cavities or gum disease, the dentist will help keep your teeth extra clean, and he or she can help you learn the best way to brush and floss.
Tips
Taking care of your teeth helps prevent plaque, which is a invisible film that coats your teeth. The film acts like a magnet for bacteria which break down sugars into acids that eat away at tooth enamel, causing small holes called cavities. Plaque also causes gingivitis, which is gum disease that can make your gums red, swollen, and painful.
Brushing too hard will cause your gums to bleed, while brushing too soft will not get rid of plaque.
Chewing gum between meals, especially if the gum is sweetened with xylitol, helps keep your mouth moist, and your teeth cleaner, both of which are good for your teeth.
Warnings
Don't swallow toothpaste. Be sure to rinse and spit after brushing.
It is also good to know that if your teeth are strong, you are more prone to gum diseases. On the other hand, if your gum is really healthy, you're more prone to cavities.
