Ramon - etymology: Ra - it means "King" as far as I know Ra is the sun god of ancient Egypt. Also Ra is the chief god of all the gods that they use to worship. Also it can be describe as " King of the Gods"
Mon - this word came from the word "Mundo" (world)
so Ramon means " King of the world".
Ironically, Ramon is a very common name in spanish or mexican.
So there you go!....

My parents named me from a French bishop my father read in one religious article at the time of my birth. I don't know the exact reason why, but it seems that the name, which eventually became mine, struck a chord in him. It was Fenelon.

My parents intended to call me Thomas, until they found out I was a girl (they didn't find out until I was born; they wanted it to be a surprise.) So they asked my sister, who was 7 years old at the time, what to name me. I can't believe they left such a huge decision, one that would affect my life forever, in the hands of a 7 year old -_-; In the end, my name didn't turn out too bad: Martha.
