Looking to relocate... Currently in Daytona Beach, wanting to stay in central Fl

My dh & I were recently discussing the possiblity of relocating with our two small kids to a better area. I'm looking for suggestions. I deally it'd be in central florida, near the ocean, with affordable houses ($150k range), good paying jobs, and good schools (we homeschool but if the schools are good then it's an option). I was looking in the titusville area but I'd really appreciate opinions from people all over central florida. Thanks.

My husband and I relocated from Orlando to Ocala and it was a fabulous move. 'Course, Marion County isn't by the ocean but the community here has been wonderful, especially for our kids.

My husband and I are also considering moving to Central Florida later this year. We are tired of all the traffic and congestion in South Florida. We have relatives in the Titusville area, and it's a great place to relocate. There are many jobs available in the aerospace industry in that area.
We have also looked into Crystal River and Inverness (west coast). After living on the east coast for years, we may try for the west coast for retirement. Both areas have affordable housing. Our kids are grown, so I don't know too much about the schools in those areas, but a good Realtor could help you there.
