your question prompted me to search for the answer! lol.. i was curious too..
as what i've searched, it is the fear for the number six hundred sixty-six, or 666.
It is quite a popular motiff for movies these days.
But i can't understand why people can have phobia with numbers, particularly this one. Oh well, some people are just different.

it is fear of the number 666 also known as mark of the beast. Revelations 13:18. It symbolizes the anit-christ.
