help! my dog is giving birth

ok real fast i am soooo sorry for not being on here been alot going on. my pom/terrier started having puppies last night and she had her first one at 8:20pm he is fone) the second one did not come until 6this morning it was deceased already. we think she may have yet another one but she has been up and around has had bowel movements could the lump in her tummy be just all her parts moving back around how do i know besides a vet .. have called in my area and none are open today thanks for any replies
