Rude people.

Don't you just hate rude people - If your a cashier anywhere - who will argue about the price and its like hey idiot are you adding TAX to your total!!!! People are just so rude. I mean they dont just say excuse me i think theres a problem! I actually had a woman ask for a CALCULATOR so she could add up the tax herself!!!!!!! I was like be my guest lady its done on the computer not by me! And when she turned out to be wrong (obviously) she didn't even seem embarrassed lol

I find that cashiers are untrained. Without the till telling them the amount of change, they rely on the till. This is instead of counting the money back to the customer.

Ahh yes -you must love the people that lack common sense!
I work in a book store that offers both used a new prices. People often come up to the register arguing that their new book should be sold to them at the new price.
I have devised a way that fixes this argument quick. I smile and simply tell the customer that if they will be so nice as to bring me back the price tag from where they got the book I will be glad to override the cost. 99% of the time the customer comes back with a sheepish look on their face or the comment of "oh I'll just take it at that cost". haha
What ANNOYS me the most is when people come in recking the store and start screaming at you for no reason. When you try to be calm and smile saying that you will "blah blah blah fix blah " they start yelling that they have worked retail and know exactly what they can get away with. UGH!!!
