Beside Star fruit....Bitter melon also can help reduce high blood presure.I suggest that eat star fruit and bitter melon at least once per day.Last time,my mother who have high pressure with eating star fruit and bitter melon.Her became better and better.

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.
