Alternative to Associated Content - do you know any?

I read somewhere in mylot about non US who using Associated Content. He register with US address and using paypal to collect payment. He said that he got paid twice by AC. I don't know if this method allowed by AC. I don't use AC since I am not US citizens and I don't want to break the rules.

I prefer not to do that, even if I really would like to try Associates. I guess it's better if we follow the rules.

Too bad! Maybe there no Associated-like for Canadian yet. There seem to be no Canadian good online money maker. I can't find any!
