For a newbie in an interview, it is most common to feel nervous at once. Curiousness plays an important role in such a way that you keep on asking yourself what will happen next.
But just to figure it out, it should not be fearful and nervous when you come to an interview. It is a presentation of yourself just like you're selling it to them. Most likely, you must, of course, present yourself to them with lots of impression. Be impressive.
Please don't think that they're higher in level than you. Please dont look at yourself lower than them. They're just same as you and they just wanted to talk to you and ask some questions and there, they could contemplate and check your communication skills. Remember, communication skills is necessary for all jobs.
Confidence caters most in that situation. Be confident in all your conversation.

I feel the same way, it helps when you have someone to practice your questions on. have them ask a few typical questions and answer them as best you can. Having someone you know who can do this with you really helps quite a bit (at least for me). That way they can help you if you're stuck by giving tips and pointers. If you don't have someone who you can practice on, spend about an hour talking to yourself in teh mirror. It sounds kind of crazy and you may feel stupid doing it (at first) but it really helps you compose yourself and prepare you for what may lie ahead.
That's pretty much what I do. Of course, other people have different way of doing things. I guess the best advice I could give is try a few things and find the best way that's possible for you.
Hope this helps :D

I have always been nervous when I went for a job interview . I am never sure what I am supposed to say and am always nervous that I will say or do the wrong thing . I don't like talking to people that I don't know as I am gererally shy and quiet . I have never done bad an interview before and always do good but each time I get the same gittery feeling inside my stomach and fear the thought of failing at something that I want . I wish I had tips to help you overcome this feeling but always feel the same as you .
Best of luck and try to remain positive , you will probably be like me and worry for nothing as that is usually the case when we go in for an interview .
