In my childhood, my teacher often said too much of everything is bad and cited examples, over eating, over learning which may lead to brain sickness etc.
HOW DO you compare this statement to riches, can so much money have a negative impart? what is your opinion about this statement?

in many situations this statemnt is true, for example if you are very rich, you get addicted to it and if your money is lost or some body just takes it or destroys it, then it will be really difficult for you to live without the money. but in some conditions and situations this statement is wrong too, for example if you have done too many good deeds, it is not bad at all, instead in the end it will lead you to heaven

When you don't have it you crave for it. When you have it you don't know what to do with it. This is just a simplistic view. But I think when we do get a lot of money it opens up avenues to a lot of things we can do in life. It need not necessarily be for ourselves. It could be using it for others and when this happens, I feel we wont have time to think about whether it is good or bad.
An example would be if you are good at something and start to teach others about it. You soon find a lot many approaching you for guidance. Here you could have a limit as to how far you could go due to financial constraints. But if you were to have money, your only difficulty would be how to cope up with the tons of people wanting your advice.
If I can keep my feet on the ground and treat spending money as a learning process, I don't see a reason why I can't have a lot of money.

Too much wealth can go to your head. People arn't themselves anymore and start to turn on people and think they're better than everyone. That's one example of how riches applies to too much of everything is bad. Of course not every one would be like that, but it's just an example.
