It's common every one feel nervous and tense before exams..but i won't read anything and i won't sit behind one who is preparing for exam at the last hour...
this because to reduce the tension and be free.....i try to think of some other thing which i like most at the time of exam and as soon as i enterd my brian will be free and i can concentrate on exam and i can recollect what i studied.....

Sorry this comment is late but I hope the exam went well for you. I am always nervous before an exam even if it's a subject I know well. It takes me a little while to settle in, and during the first 10 minutes where they give you a chance to read over the paper before starting, I can more or less get the feeling whether I will do ok or not. That's about the time where I settle in and breathe, breathe, breathe and just get stuck into it. Best of luck!~

I'm usually stressed before going into an exam--no matter how well I know the subject. But it usually gets better once I'm in the room and I look at the exam. Once I see that I know the stuff on the exam, I'm okay. And sometimes I hit exams that I didn't think I knew the information and when I get in there I realize I'm okay. I think that the trick is to study as much as you can, read through the entire exam as soon as you get it, and when you're finish to accept the fact that you've done the best you could have done. Try to let it go at that, that you've tried your best and no one can expect more from you than that.
