We all have different do's and dont's when we are sleeping. Some can't sleep when the environment is noisy and some can. Some can't sleep with lights on while some sleep well with lights off.
Me, I can sleep with or without lights and with or without sounds. Lazy person, eh? Hehehe. How about you? What are your do's and dont's when sleeping? Or are you like me that can sleep any time?

It changes constantly. When I was at home I could never sleep with lights on. It was so distracting. Now that I have kids, I am used to it. They leave lights on when they get up in the night or have to have a hall light on or something. It takes a while to adjust. I prefer the dark, although sometimes whenI am worried or scared I leave them on.

Anytime, I can sleep anytime. But mostly because I dedicate very few hours to sleep. When going to bed, I turn off the lights so I may not waste money. Because for me it's touching the pillow and... waking next morning. I never notice outside noises.
Also, when life is friendly and brings a lazy sunday, rain in the afternoon, I fetch the opportunity to make a siesta! Never mind the daylight, or neighbors TVset. Wished it would be more often!

Most of the times, i do prefer sleeping without lights and some circumstances do make me sleep with lights on and if i am really tired on that particular day, i do get enough sleep even with light's on

Once I'm tired and my head hits the pillow, I'm out like a light. Noise doesn't bother me in the least neither does any lights. I even slept through a fire believe it or not. My wife had to wake me up to let me know the fire department was in our apartment. Hahahaha.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I can't believe that you slept through a fire, Grandpa Bob! You must really be sleeping like a cooking oil! Hahaha. That's an idiomatic expression here in our country. It is used to describe a person who sleeps soooo deeply. Hehehe.
I sleep easily too when I'm tired. Like you, I sleep once my head hits the pillow. But unlike you, I easily wake up especially if ever there will be a fire in our neighborhood! Hehe. Cheers!

Yeah, I can sleep comfortably with or without lighting. There's just one thing I am particular with, and that's my blanket. Whatever the weather is, there has to be a blanket. I am also peculiar with the sheets. I change them very often as I like to lie down on fresh sheets all the time.

I like to sleep with lights closed as lights can be distraction when sleeping and it also keeps the room more warm in summers. And i don't want to inflate my energy bills and like to conserve enrgy as we all should. I also like to sleep in quite environment with lights off. It is necessary for sound sleep.

i can sleep lights on or off, with sound or no sound... but i prefer to sleep lights off and with no sound. i like to really rest during the night and it helps if i don't get disturb at all. i like to feel the darkness and silence. i lulls me more to sleep. i am a person who can sleep easily but can also wake up easily, no matter what the situation is.

I think I would be able to sleep with the lights on. But that's not goo because it would be a waste of electricity. Moreover, the lights can disrupt my sleep.
I prefer though to turn the main lights off and then just leave a night light on. The night light helps me to find my way around if I need to get up in the middle of night for whateer reason.

I can sleep almost anywhere and anyhow when needed to. I can even go with very little sleep for days at a time. Probly not the right thing to do I am sure but when I do break down and go to sleep on a regular basis I usually have a ton of pillows under my head to sleep propped up and if I sleep on my side I usually have a pillow stuffed under my legs or my lower back bothers me when I wake up. I just bought a new bed last year and it didnt seem to help my sleeping habits. Working midnights for years its hard for me to go to sleep without some noise in the house because I am so used to the kids making noise while I am trying to sleep.
