I like to eat tuna especially in hot and spicy oil...its canned i know but then when my nephew visited us (he is from GENSAN, tuna capital of the Phils.) he brought lots of tuna like panga, tuna longganisa, tuna imbutedo and skinless tuna chorizo..ive tried eating them but somehow it has a weird taste in it and i could not just swallow it. So i stick to the canned goods like Century Tuna and Blue Bay..what about u?like eating tuna?

I like tuna too! And yes, canned tuna somehow does not taste the same as the tuna from GenSan. But grilled tuna panga and tuna belly is very good! Especially with a sauce of soy sauce, calamansi and onions. Yum yum. For canned tuna, I like it as a sandwich spread or as a pasta sauce.

i often eat tuna sandwich during my snack time. i also like to eat canned tuna, like the one you mentioned, with rice or bread. tuna contains omega 3 which is a good cholesterol and can be found in fish. the bad cholesterol, omega 6, is from cereals. that is why it isn't advisable to eat pork, beef, and chicken all the time.

My EX vocalist has this weird diet. He only eats TUNA. He told me that he is under TUNA Diet, He saute the CENTURY TUNA (2cans) then he adds 2 eggs. Ohh somtimes we add a can of sardines. AND IT TASTES GOOD!! And he has this HIGH PROTEIN chocolate drink. Imagine not eating anything BUT TUNA?!! Hard to imagine, but this is real. He claims he felt better when he starts the TUNA DIET. He calls BBQ, PORK CHOPS, SIN FOODS!

I really like tuna. I like it fresh too. We make it like a steak and it's really good.
The canned one I use when making potato or pasta salad, and we also make it with a bean salad.
I often eat tuna with boiled egg for my lunch at work.

the last time i ate a real tuna (not the one in can) was last march when my father-in-law brought some from davao. we had it grilled and it tastes so yummy. we just can't get enough of it. but for canned tuna, we just had one this morning. i made it as a spread for the bread. there are times when i add egg to it with onions and a little pepper, this turns out as a viand. i also like the different flavors of tuna like longanisa, embotido, etc... it tastes like the usual pork variety but only healthier.

Tuna is healthy but i am not a person who likes tuna to eat. i can e at many more other things that will compensate that. tuna is no doubt an excellent source of lean protein, vitamins and minerals. you can say that it is an excellent way to excite the palate while maintaining a balanced diet. tuna has much more to offer than just great taste and nutrition. there can be many people like you and me who do not like the taste , but then too, there are more who like it. there are people who eat sushi of tuna. they love it. eating raw fish is so very difficult but that is there taste and they even enjoy that. Fatty fish like tuna can help lower the risk of heart disease , ease the pain of arthritis , reduce asthma complications and is essential in the growth and development of young children. it is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and adds variety to low fat , low cholestrol menus and is the perfect addition to a healthy balanced diet. as you have written that you like canned tuna, it also provides a rich source of lean protein, omega 3 fatty acids, vitains and minerals but also is low in saturated fats and cholestrol. it is high in proteins. so keep eating if you like it.

Yes i eat tuna. It is the only fish that i eat.
We eat it in my house at least three times a week, in a sandwich or with eggs and mayonnaise, and it is very good.
But you really do have to be careful not to eat alote of it, because it can be dangerous.
There is a certain thing in tuna that is called yod, that turns into poison if you eat it too much.

Tuna fish is great, and so good for you too. We used to eat it three times a week when I was growing up. I like to toss it in with steamed veggies and a little seasoning. It's really good on a toasted bun with cheese too-a grilled tuna and cheese sandwich.

I am from Davao so tuna supply here is not a problem. We always get fresher tuna and other fishes everyday. I prefer the fresh type than the canned ones. I want it grilled coupled with sauce and pepper. Tuna can also be prepared as the main ingredient of rice gruel or porridge (lugaw). Tuna mixed with spaghetti sauce instead of meat is a good alternate for spaghetti.
Tuna has more to offer than just great taste and nutrition. Tuna can also help lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Research has shown that omega-3 fatty acids - found in abundance in fatty fish like tuna - can help lower the risk of heart disease, ease the pain of arthritis, reduce asthma complications, and is essential in the growth and development of young children.

I am not too thrilled about tuna. from time to time I decide I like it, and buy a can. After preparing my food I cannot make my self eat it. I think it is ok when I get it at a restaurant. So I guess that is what I have to do: order it when eating out.

I love eating tinned tuna (though we have different brands ver here in the UK). Its so versatile, you can have it in sandwiches, on jacket potatos, in salads etc. Also, it's available whenever you need it, you don't need to get it in fresh or worry about it going off. I like the stuff just in brine or salt water, no spices for me, i keep things plain and simple.

I love Century Tuna! I even recommend it to my friends. It isn't only nutritious, it's also very delicious. I like Hot and Spicy the most, next is in Calamansi and then the Afritada flavor. I even mix tuna with my letuce salad. Ahhh... simply yummy! Mouth-watering even, just put tuna in a regularly mixed salad (lettuce, mayo) you may add pineapple tidbits if you want to... very good! :D

I like tuna, both canned, and packets, and fresh tuna steaks. I would like to try tuna sushi sometime, we have 2 japanese restaurants near by so I may do it soon enough.
It is very healthy with the omega 3 fats that someone said about, and is a good protein for you to eat.
I would love to know what the items your nephew brought are, I have heard of chorizo but that is all.

Yeah, I enjoy eating tuna.
I've read about its health benefits (i.e. it's good for the heart, good for a healthy diet, etc.) and after reading such, I've started eating it.
I particularly like it when I put some onions, garlic, egg, and a little pepper into it. It tastes really good.
Blue bay and century tuna are indeed good, but bumblebee is quite good too, since it's just immersed in brine and it's really good for those who are dieting or who have healthy eating habits.
