How do you handle someone flirting with your spouse/significant other?

my husband tells me when someone is flirting with him.. he tells everything to me and i trust him very much.. he always lets me feel that i am the only one he will love.. that i am the only one who look pretty and sexy for him... just give your TRUST to each other... that is the most important thing in married life!

GUYS, HUSBANDS...PLEASE READ: Don't our husbands really know they are being flirted?... I've been wondering. Your topic is interesting and it really got my attention! I am somewhat comforted to realize that there are wives who experience same things with me. When it happened to me, I cant help but be jealous and express it by being silent with him. I wanted to know if he sensed that he is being flirted...or is he really innocent about it? If he seems to enjoy their conversation and continue his accomodation, there are only 2 reasons I can find: One is, he is innocent; Two is, he knows it and enjoys it. What do you think?

Hummn... Actually, I am worried: what if some day he realises the truth that some lady is flirting and responds back favourably to oblige? Must you wait until someone steps on your toe before you fight back? Is prevention not better than cure? I hope I am not instigating!

well, good for you that you feel that way my friend. as for me, i really would get angry because my guy has the tendency to flirt bakc. argh. yeah, i know its quite irritating. grr. well, it doesnt matter so much anyway, because a lot of guys are flirting with me too, so its just a fair war. lolz. :)

Trust is also a big issue with me. At first I got jealous about minor flirtations but now I just don't react anymore. I trust my husband not to go over board and not doing anything on my part is a sign of that trust.Besides, as a married person, girls flirting with my husband is a concern that has been covered by many other marital concerns.

Well, I would be flattered and a bit jealous but then I haven't seen anyone flirt with my husband so I haven't been tested yet. He's a sweet person but not really the type that ladies are normally attracted to. I fell in love with his kind nature but if you go for looks - well, my poor wee man falls a bit short.
