We're having so much fun with my aunt here in the house while we put some curtains and house decorations inside to beautify it and make it look more good around the house. We just can't figured out what curtain colors would fit to a 'Creamy White' painted wall, but instead we keep on putting it off whenever we get to pick a curtain it's because we're like two people in the house that is so sensitive enough when it comes to pick right curtains and decorations colors to fit in the painted wall.:-) How about you guys, do you have any idea what will be the best curtain color that fits to a 'Creamy White' painted wall? I know, me and my aunt both seemingly like 'the two color freakies people' in the house, LOL:-)...but friends, just bear with us and we would like to know and we do appreciate all your opinions and suggestions about this discussion i've posted.:-) Thanks guys!

Is that your wall in the picture? If so, white would be okay since the trim is white. However, I think a sage green would be pretty or another natural toned color.

Hello accents, thanks for sharing. However, the picture that i've posted here is not the actual color painted walls of ours, I do still have to take a picture on it so all could see it. Anyways, thanks for your suggestions. :-)

Oh, okay. The green would still be pretty or maybe even something with a pattern for a little more interest.

I like blue and blue would good. Of with creamy white walls almost any color would look good. I guess it depends on the other colors in the room.

The pic of the wall and curtain you posted here is nice. But now you can do it conversely.cos you have a creamy white wall right now, you can have yellow curtain. I think they will almost have the same effect.

It depends on the color/s of your furniture and/or carpet. If not, the general rule is a darker shade is better than a lighter one. Dont use white, ivory or beige with your wall color. It'll bleach out your room and make the windows the focal point/s (what people see more of in the room).

since it is a whitish wall then you could play around with colors you like.it has to be light in the eyes, you can be daring and blend in some bright ones.it depends on your taste.what you do is to get swatches of different colors and have it laid on the wal and yo would know which one fits your fancy.

I think that I would go with curtains that are of one of the pale pastel colors. Dark colors and the bolder colors, to me, stick out badly against creamy white. It's just way too much of a contrast, whereas the pastel colors are easier and more soothing to look at. Good luck decorating hon.

Thank you Katlady for sharing. Yeah, I will try at it and see how it looks like, but in fairness it sounds real good and pretty just to think of it. :-)

Well, it depends on your tastes, but a bright red would go really well with that creamy-white, or a deeper red. I prefer blue, so my choice would probably be a deep blue, but and then I would have some black and white furniture to match it all up.
