How Do You Clean Your Back

It is a well known fact that one can easily clean oneself except on the back. Then, how do you clean your back when you take bath or shower?

I used to have my face towel rubbed through it using my two hands on both ends. That helps or else call your friends to clean for you...lol

You also summon friends for cleaning your back. Towel helps and I think most of the people try that technique. Did you not try long brush anytime? There is pne type of brush particularly meant for this job.

It's not a problem for me I call my friends the day I have to clean my back and that too thrice in a week.My friends are very cooperative in all terms.

No, I don,t scratch their's because they never call me for that purpose.

I can reach all parts of my back. I know that some people can not but my arms are very flexible and I can reach everything with just a rag and my hand. Even still, I like to use a loofah on a stick to wash my back with because I like to feel exfoliated.
