how does a shy person behave?

its because they are shy junior!! LOL... fun, apart, i think, the shy persons should try and work on their positive points than brooding on the NOs. trying to FIGURE out a positive trait in himself helps a lot. each day he should do something that CANCELS out his shy nature. for instance, he should talk to someone whom he would have otherwise ignored. talking helps a lot. talk to friends,peers and family and overcome the fear and fumblings. i did all this and i am more or less over it now. remember, keep up your self esteem nomatter what and silence shouldn't be the weakness but your power. good luck

I get nervous that I am going to say something wrong. Weather I embarass myself or anger others. I am much better in one on one or small group situations.
