if being gay is so right, why do gay people feel the need to broadcast it?

i think gay people know in their hearts that being gay is wrong. thats why they want to broadcast it.i don't agree with being gay but i feel that, that is something that that person has to answer to god about. i've met gay people in my life and for the most part i didn't know until we had a conversation. most people stay away from the gays who broadcast it,subconsciously i think they know it's not natural but it is a choice. don't force it upon society, just do you.

What do you mean "broadcast it"....I mean thats like asking a hetero why they feel the need to "broadcast it" via PDA, talkign about their S.O's, sharing pics etc etc.... Many of us dont even consider it broadcasting...I have never felt any shame in my sexuality, I've never been in the closet, and if it comes up in conversation its not a big deal...its like (for me) talking about the length of my legs or the coloru of my eyes..its just a natural part of who I am..... SOME PPL though, may feel the need to be totally upfront BECAUSE of the naysayers, haters, etc...maybe they feel they need to be upfront with it so its on the table and wont come back and bite them in the a$$ later on..... "i think they know it's not natural but it is a choice" You're right, its NOT a "natural CHOICE"....because its NOT a choice ;-) it IS however very natural

This indeed is a very interesting question. This, in turn has led me to suspect most gay people have been through some type of traumatic childhood, and they are still looking for counseling.A lot of gay people I have known, I have been friends with, and let me tell you! they swing both ways. They openly admit they are gay, and to me, that is a disorder. since when did straight people start pronouncing all over the place, "I'm straight?" and, do we have "straight pride" days? maybe we can have flags in pink and baby blue, eh? there was a good chance at one time that I would have become a lesbian. I am not saying that there is anything wrong with it, It is just that I fell in love with a man, and got married, not a woman.I think a lot of the gay doors fall both ways when they allow themselves too, and I also think that anyone is capable of doing it. Don't burn me at the stake on that one, it is SPECIFICALLY my opinion!
