I feel coach's job should be given to the best person who is most well qualified for it. And if it is a foreigner then so be it. But i feel indian coach can also produce good results if they are given good support staff like physio, trainer, computer analyst, physicologist, manager, masseur. Moreovwer i feel we give too much importance to a coach's job, he is only motivator, man manager, to get players to perform at their best and advice and guide them. As it is players who win matches on the field.
